Itinerary
08:00 AM — Godawari
Assemble at the lower staging area in Godawari. Double-check gear, gear up, and take on the initial steady incline heading east toward the forested foothills.
10:00 AM — Chapakharka
Break through the initial tree line into the high meadows of Chapakharka. Catch your breath while enjoying views of local ridge farming and open valley skies.
12:00 PM — Phulchowki Neck
Reach the highest elevation point along the circuit saddle. This is the ideal spot to break for lunch, refuel, and take in the panoramic views before beginning the ridge traverse down.
01:45 PM — Naudhara Temple
Descend to the cultural precinct of Naudhara Temple. Take a short break around the sacred stone spouts and historic shrine complex.
02:30 PM — Marble Danda
Tackle the rocky downward trail passing Marble Danda. The open terrain provides a clear visual drop down toward the valley floor.
03:00 PM — Godawari Bus Park
Complete the loop as you step out of the forest and return to the main Godawari Bus Park. Cool down and celebrate a completed circuit!
Please allow 1 hour to reach the trailhead and an additional 2 hour for the return journey to your hotel after the hike from Sundarijal.
